He has an experience of over 10+ years in the field of Management. He is a Master in Management Studies from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai University. It has helped him to evolve as a professional with capabilities to accept challenges and deliver results. He has worked with Corporates and SME’s. He has a distinctive skill of providing excellent service to his client system.
Applying leadership skills to the organizational function, developing and monitoring strategic initiatives and implementing knowledge management solutions while planning & promoting organizational change are the key areas in which he has specialized.
He has extensively implemented the Change Management process through 7 S Mckinsey Model and the eight – stage process of creating major change as prescribed by John Kotter in his best seller, “Leading Change”. He ensures that Organizational Transformation is led from the front by the Top Management as a top priority. He takes care of both hard and soft aspects of Organization building.
